Indian Association of Dialysis Technology (IADT) is a professional organization has the obligation to set forth and update high standards of patients care, educate professionals, disseminate new ideas through the field by immediate supervision of nephrologists, Promote interdisciplinary communication and co-operation and address issues encompassing the practice of Dialysis therapy.
Our Agenda :
- In each state we have to depute on executive member
- Every dialysis therapist to be member of the IADT / every year has to renewal membership
- No dialysis therapist to recruit without proper qualification as dip / bdt in dialysis tech
- IADT will do every year a conference, and discuss about welfare of dialysis therapists
- IADT provide membership cards to all the members exclusively
- IADT will conduct scientific programmes to enhance quality of treatment
- IADT will fight against govt. for neglecting the profession
- In corporate hospitals according to nabh rating pay scale to provide
- IADT will represent ahp of mohfw (allied health concil of india)
